 Want to learn easy ways to relax & reduce stress? Then join us at our next relaxation workshop.
Our workshops are filled with easy restorative yoga moves, breathing & relaxation techniques, guided meditations & life coaching exercises to reduce stress & leave you feeling relaxed & renewed. Bring yoga mat & towel, two cushions, note pad, pen & dress super comfy.

Workshop runs for approx. 1.5 hours and cost $45 per person or book with a friend to each pay $35

Kathrin's classes are very welcoming, supportive, encouraging and not competitive and great for the absolute beginner who has never done yoga before. Variations are offered so you can work at your own pace and enjoy the class.
Class Prices:
  • Morning Classes - Paradise Point $11– No bookings required. All Welcome. BYO mat & towel
  • Relaxation Workshops (including restorative yoga) $45 per person

Workshop Locations: Held at various locations on the Gold Coast. 
Relaxation Workshops
Learn effective relaxation techniques while being surrounded by candles, aromatherapy scents & relaxing music as you relax and unwind. Each workshop includes guided breathing & balancing exercises, guided visualisations and meditations to relax and renew and Life coaching activities and tools to help you live a more balanced life.Workshops run for approx. 1.5 hrs & cost $45 per person.

Beginners Yoga classes 
This slow to medium paced class is great for anyone who has never done yoga before and is looking to increase their practice. Depending on your age, level and fitness modifications are offered so you can practice safely and to ensure you get the most from your practice. Each class includes guided breathing techniques to reduce stress, yoga asanas/postures to stretch the muscle releasing tension and increasing flexibility, muscle toning to improve core strength and guided relaxation to help calm the mind. 
Please bring yoga mat and towel to class.
