Kathrin's Yoga offers Beginners Yoga & Meditation classes on the Gold Coast in Queensland. In each class yoga postures are practiced along with relaxation techniques, visualizations and breathing to help relieve stress and reduce muscle tension, increase flexibility and strength, tone muscles, increase energy and improve overall well being. Want to learn easy ways to relax &
reduce stress? Then join us at our next relaxation workshop.
Our workshops are filled with easy restorative yoga moves, breathing
& relaxation techniques, guided meditations & life coaching exercises
to reduce stress & leave you feeling relaxed & renewed.
Bring yoga mat & towel, two cushions, note pad, pen & dress super comfy.
Workshop runs for approx. 1.5 hours and cost $45 per person or book with a friend to each pay $35
